Unicef PrintAid

Unicef PrintAid is the world’s first mobile 3d printer station that aids in the help of humanitarian relief after a catastrophe.
This 3d printer station/off road vehicle can be remotely controlled; using GPS systems we can navigate the station to areas that are in desperate need of tools or hardware.
People will be able to print tools needed for building shelter, which is vital in the first 72 hours. The station will come pre-programmed with all the tools that are commonly used by aid workers after catastrophes.
The station will be self-sufficient running on solar power as well as long-lasting lithium-iron batteries.
We can also use it within the medical field creating casts and braces for broken bones.

Gian! Thanks for sharing your idea! ¿How would this vehicle arrive to the catastrophe area? Usually one problem to resolve during an emergency is how to access to the affected zone.
