Based on some experiences and what the victims of disaster said the fastest help they needed is food(include clean water) Water is the most important to keep health. No water no life and also place to stay. Others. We must help each other. What adults thought was save their children. But what children need? Trauma healing. Give the children love through communication or tell themm some interesting story or paly with them. This bcs their parents sometimes forget to cure theirs bcs many things to do at the evacuating place for example prepare food, building emergency toilet etc. Then, save adults. We have to give them supports so they wont be too sad and feel like their lives end. Give them things making money later(jobs). For example, seed. Now, they have something to be invested later and make money. I think it's better than give them cash money.
